I’m a big morning drink person I NEED my coffee, tea or other to function, and it’s not even the caffeine need its more of a comfort drink, I regularly do green tea that’s my signature drink, tea with a little milk, juice or flavored tea sweetened with natural honey, this also helps me with some stomach issues I’ve been dealing with, and all tough I get antioxidants and all the benefits of green tea I need something else. So that’s why we are gonna start juicing and smoothing in the morning.
The best smoothies I’ve tried definitely have to be in Thailand I lived out of those, all natural fruit, ice and a little natural sugar cane syrup, That’s it; I hate the frozen pulps and sugary juices they use everywhere, so we are gonna try to go as natural as possible.
Add ons: Flax seed, chia seeds, sun flower seeds, oatmeal, protein powder, you name it if it’s good for you it goes in the blender!! LOL. Get creative the best smoothie formula isn’t exactly rocket science:
2 Cups of leafy greens + 2 cups of liquid base + 3 cups ripe fruit. (And of course your add ons!)
Here’s some of my Favorites try them out in the morning, put them in a mason jar before going out to work or school and let me know if you love them!!!
