Holiday Smoothies.

Ah…. the Holidays, Christmas time is my favorite time of year and all tough I struggle not to gain weight (much, LOL) with all the yummy food, there’s always some flavors you can get for a little fewer calories.

We are big smoothie’s people here at mymmmalife, so here’s some of my favorite Xmas time smoothies!!


Eggnog Smoothie.

2 cups eggnog,

2 bananas frozen and chopped,

1 cup vanilla yogurt,

1/2 cup soymilk,

pinch of cinnamon,

pinch of nutmeg.


Cherry Pie Smoothie.

1/2 lb frozen cherries,

1/2 cup cherry yogurt,

1 cup almond milk,

1 banana frozen and chopped.


Raw Cocoa smoothie.

1 Frozen Banana.

2 tbp unsweetened cocoa or raw powdered cocoa.

Sugar free sweetener (to taste)


Candy cane delux smoothie.

2 cups vanilla soy/hemp/coconut ice cream
1/4 cup coconut milk/ soy milk/ almond milk or other
2 Tbsp crushed candy canes  😉
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1-1 1/2 cups ice cubes


Frozen Smores Smoothie.

2 Tbsp vegan cocoa mix
2 cups vanilla soy/hemp/coconut ice cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup ice cubes
1 frozen banana


Christmas Peppermint Smoothie

¾ cup coconut milk

1 banana

1 tbsp coco powder or cacao powder

½ cup ice

¼ tsp peppermint extract

1 mint leaf.
