Breakfast smoothie bowls are all the rage in the internet right now, they are a healthier
approach than sugary cereals, way more nutritious, easy to make and oh so cute!!!

And since most of us are part time or full time jujiteiros lets focus on acai bowls.
Acai is super easy to find and it come in several presentations, powder, pure, dried and even just frozen and ready to pour into your morning bowl (which we all love).
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tsp freeze-dried acai powder
- ½ cup ice
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Toppings:
- Granola
- Sliced banana
- Peanut or almond butterfor more protein!
- Mint
- Blueberries
- Sliced banana
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
Tip: you can go crazy with toppings to suit your tastes: Dried mulberries, pepitas, sour cherries, goji berries, walnuts and more. The sky is the limit!!!
METHOD:
- Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth, the awesome
part is that this will work with most of your morning smoothies, so if that green smoothie is getting a little dull you can just toss it in to a bowl.
- Toss into a bowl and add your favorite toppings
- Enjoy!!!
